Segments Energy Software is our proprietary mining optimisation layer, developed by our hardware and software team in Austria and Switzerland. It dramatically exceeds the performance of standard GPU configurations: the NPT Server 650 achieves a 663.76% performance increase over baseline using 6× RTX 5070 GPUs, while the NPT Server 650 ECO achieves a 724.88% performance increase with 12× RTX 5060 GPUs. Both servers deliver an identical 650 MH/s hashrate through this optimisation.

• NPT Server 650 ECO: 12× RTX 5060 GPUs, $86.49/month electricity, $128.96/month profit (May 2025), priced at $9,435.50

The flagship model has a lower electricity cost and higher monthly profit; the ECO model offers a lower entry price with slightly higher electricity consumption.

Profitability figures are calculated at current NPT network conditions as of May 2025:

• NPT Server 650: $174.24/month profit after electricity ($79.76/month). At an NPT price of $0.40, this rises to $420.62/month.
• NPT Server 650 ECO: $128.96/month profit after electricity ($86.49/month).

Mining profitability depends on NPT market price, network difficulty, and electricity rates. Past figures do not guarantee future returns.

Every NPT Server includes a 5-year device warranty covering hardware defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. In addition, each device is covered by cyber insurance; Segments Energy is a policyholder with Allianz SE. Physical damage, unauthorised modifications, or use outside operating specifications will void the hardware warranty.

Hosting billing is based solely on the kWh of electricity consumed; there are no service fees, no setup charges, and no monthly flat fees after purchase. Two power options are available: solar power at $0.08/kWh and standard electricity at $0.07/kWh. Hardware repairs are included throughout the hosting period at no additional cost.

We provide 24/7 support via three channels: email, WhatsApp, and phone. Whether you have a pre-sale question, a technical issue, or a hosting query, our team is available around the clock. For hosted clients, hardware repairs are managed by us and are included in the hosting arrangement at no extra charge.

All devices are delivered within 14 business days of payment confirmation. Each server ships fully assembled and pre-configured with Segments Energy Software, ready to mine on arrival. You will receive a tracking confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, supporting all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). We never store your card details on our servers; all payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. All transactions are TLS-encrypted. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after payment.

Due to the custom nature of our hardware, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once payment has been processed. Please review all specifications carefully before purchasing. Warranty claims for defective or DOA units are handled separately; contact our support team with your order number.
