1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the nptmining.com website ("Site") or purchasing products from Segments Energy ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Products and Services

Segments Energy sells professional NPT mining servers purpose-built for mining NPT (Neptune) on the Neptune cryptocurrency network, powered by proprietary Segments Energy Software. All products are sold as-described. The specifications listed at the time of your order will be honoured.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are accepted through our website. All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. An order is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email from Segments Energy.

4. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED. Please review all product specifications, pricing, and requirements carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. Exceptions are made solely at our discretion in cases of proven shipping damage or DOA (dead-on-arrival) hardware, subject to our warranty claims process.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All devices are delivered within 14 business days of payment confirmation, worldwide. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier. A tracking confirmation will be sent once the order is dispatched.

6. Warranty

All NPT Servers include a 5-year device warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. Additionally, Segments Energy holds cyber insurance through Allianz SE. The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, liquid damage, or damage caused by improper handling or installation.
• Unauthorised modifications or alterations to the hardware or software.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by use with incompatible power supplies or electrical surges.
• Software issues unrelated to hardware defects.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact support@nptmining.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

7. Managed Hosting

Managed hosting is available exclusively for NPT Server hardware purchased through Segments Energy. Hosting is billed solely on the kWh of electricity consumed: solar power at $0.08/kWh, standard electricity at $0.07/kWh. There are no service fees or setup charges after purchase. Hardware repairs are included throughout the hosting period. Support is available 24/7 via email, WhatsApp, and phone.

8. Mining Risk Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency mining involves significant financial risk. Mining profitability depends on factors outside our control, including NPT market price, Neptune network difficulty, electricity costs, and hardware lifespan. Profitability figures published on our website reflect conditions at a specific point in time and do not constitute a guarantee of future returns. Segments Energy makes no representations or warranties regarding mining profitability or return on investment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, and Segments Energy Software, is the property of Segments Energy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Segments Energy Software may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or distributed without express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Segments Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
